In May 2000 Scheurman's K9 Academy, held an advanced First Aid Course, for the Clay County Animal Shelter personnel.
Using Scruffy a Canine CPR mannequin, owned by Scheurman's K9 Academy, the students were able to preform CPR and rescue breathing. The students brought their own dogs to practice bandaging.
We hope they had as much fun as we did. Here are just a few pictures of the 3 day event.
